awesome saturday with slow bandwidth

Awesome awesome, this Saturday noon, I was facing very slow connection around 14:30 PM until a couple of hours,

As Starhub, which is my favorite provider along the island, they promise to upgrade 6 Mbps to 8 Mbps since 1 January 2008, but I was facing very slow.
Engineer said they will investigate what will cause the slow but even a couple of month s later, situation worse again and again,
As per they guarantee as

Speed upgrade for MaxOnline Express!
MaxOnline Express Up to 8Mbps (8,000Kbps) 256Kbps

But this afternoon what i got through their utilites test is:

Amazing and thanks to Starhub which will made me 25%slower than upgarded 8Mbps.

That is why my Saturday afternoon is awesome :(
